The Sandman is a series created by Neil Gaiman in 1989. It entails the ventures of the god of dreams, Dream of the Endless, in realms that transcend the boundaries of human comprehension. A rich blend of modern myth and dark fantasy in which contemporary fiction, historical drama and legend are seamlessly interwoven, The Sandman follows the people and places affected by the Dream King, as he mends the cosmic--and human--mistakes he's made during his vast existence.
