The Gray Realm[1] is Despair's realm and domain.
Description[]
The realm is described as a formless, silent place without color and movement. It is filled with chilling mist and populated by various mirrors hanging in thin air. Each mirror is a visual glimpse into the soul of a person, which Despair uses to observe them succumbing to their depression. The only living creatures that seem to occupy this realm are rats and Despair herself.[2]
