That is false. It is only known that Johanna was the last person to purchase the pouch but never mentioned to have gotten it directly from Ethel. No connection is ever shown between Ethel and Johanna (it is implied that Ethel traded away the artifacts a very long time ago, probably before Johanna was even born).
