Jemmy is a small girl with face painted withe and clown-like makeup, long blonde hair tied with two white ribbons and a white dress with a multi-colored skirt.

Going for the Key to Hell[]
Jemmy was one of the beings who sought to obtain the key to Hell and possess Hell, so he traveled to the Dreaming with the purpose of convincing Dream to hand it over to the Lords of Chaos.
Jemmy appeared before Dream to express his desire to possess the key to Hell, Dream thought that he was going to offer him something, Jemmy said the opposite and transformed his face into a grotesque monster and told him that he had come to threaten him, he told him to give them Hell or else all the hosts of Chaos would fall upon him until the end of time, although it was a serious threat Dream was not fazed by it and after saying what he wanted Jemmy gave Dream a balloon.
