Roger Huntoon is a psychiatrist at the Arkham Asylum.
History[]
Dr. Huntoon met Ethel Dee when she came inquiring about her son, John Dee, whom she hadn't seen for ten years. He insisted that Arkham didn't encourage visitors, but agreed to let her see her son after she threatened him with her legal action. He mentioned Dee's insomnia and his dangerous state of mind to her.[1]
When Ethel died shortly after her visit, it was Huntoon who ordered the guards to pass her family heirloom to Dee according to her will, along with the news.[2]

Roger Huntoon was a previously-existing DC character and a rival of John Constantine, first appearing in The Swamp Thing #66 in 1987.
