Samantha Jane Morton is an English actress and director. She voices Urania Blackwell on the Audible original adaptation of The Sandman.
When she was 13, she attended West Bridgford Comprehensive School and joined the Central Junior Television Workshop, which led to her being offered her first on-screen role in Soldier Soldier. Since then, she has appeared in a large variety of film and television, including the Nickelodeon kids show, Max & Ruby, in which she voiced the character of Ruby. Most recently, she portrayed villainous leader Alpha on the AMC zombie drama The Walking Dead.
