Demonkind, also called Devils and Legions of Hell, are a race of supernatural evil creatures which inhabit the dimension known as hell, they are in charge of punishing the souls of those who committed sins and were evil in life.

Lucifer, the King of Demons
A handful of demons were once angels, who fell with Lucifer at the Dawn. Others strayed to Hell from elsewhere, over the aeons, making Hell a home.[1]
Most of the demons have a grotesque, monstrous and terrifying appearance such as fangs, horns and eyes of different colors, only a few have a human and beautiful appearance.
Not all demons belong to the Judeo-Christian religion, since there are many that belong to different religions.

The demons are divided through a hierarchy, they are divided between nobility and royalty, the higher the title the more powerful the demon, there are several specific groups of demons; The Oni, Hellhounds, Succubi, Incubi,
Lords of Hell[]
The Lords of Hell are a trio of demons who were once angels, they rule Hell together.
The Lilim[]
The Lilim are demons born from Lilith, the first woman, who were conceived from thousands of angels and demons that she seduced with the purpose of taking revenge on God.

Powers and Abilities[]
The Demons are a powerful supernatural species, depending on the status in the hierarchy of hell, their power will be higher, many demons possess abilities that make them very feared even among their own kind, the basic powers they have are:
- Demon Posession: Being incorporeal spiritual beings like ghosts, demons need a flesh host to walk on the mortal plane, which is why they are capable of possessing human bodies.
- Immortality: Demons are essentially immortal and do not age or get sick, even the host they possess will not age or die while the demon is inside it.
- Magic: All demons are capable of practicing magic, being able to cast spells in ancient languages and the strongest can do so even without verbal pronunciation.
- Grant of power: Demons, through pacts, are able to grant powers or magical artifacts to those who summon them, in exchange for souls or something else of value.
