DC Vertigo (formerly Vertigo Comics) is an imprint of DC Comics, created by editor Karen Berger in 1993 to house the company's mature readers comics, including Hellblazer and Swamp Thing. It also publishes a number of creator-owned comic book series, including such notable titles as V for Vendetta, Preacher, Transmetropolitan, iZombies, Fables, Y: The Last Man and 100 Bullets.
In 2018, it was rebranded as DC Vertigo, but in January 2020, DC Comics shuts down DC Vertigo and the comics that were published under the brand were folded into DC Black Label. In October 2024, DC Comics revived the DC Vertigo imprint after more than four years of dormant.
DC Vertigo (still as Vertigo Comics) published The Sandman comics from 1993 to 2020.
